Your employees at the Taco bells in my city are about the most rudest people that I have ever come across when it comes to fast food restaurants! They act like if they smile their face is going to crack! They look at you so entitled like you are beneath them! They can't say thank you! They really don't have any business being in customer service whatsoever! All I did was come in to ask for a drink! I said please when she gave it to me I said thank you! She just gave me my drink and my debit card and turned around so dismissive! That is no way that a person and customer service should treat you

Asked for light ice… idk if the tea was fresh or what but there was no ice and i asked and they said they put some in so i asked for a separate small cup of ice and added my own, it didn’t melt. My irritation came from the broken taco and when i drank my drink something solid came thru the straw. It was cheese or rice or something in the cup.

My food order was wrong after asking for the number#6 supreme. I took the order back through the drive through. The manager with dreads had an attitude . And tried to charge me $4.21 to add sour and tomatoes. I kindly asked for a refund. The drink was nasty as if the drink machine needs cleaning.
