Went thru the drive thru on June 7th 2026 at 6:13 pm the person at the window was not pleasant AT ALL ever said total at the speaker never gave me a receipt never said hi no communication AT ALL totally ignored conversation my husband asked for no ice in his mellow yellow they tried to give it to him with ice in it and when he said he wanted no ice she/he slammed the window all pissed off I tried calling the store and of course there was NO answer spent over 20.00 for shitty food and service

Food was good. Service was slow but staff was friendly. Pop machine leaks water all over your hand when you dispense diet coke soaking my sleeves. Restaurant floor was super sticky. Womans bathroom was a biopsy hazard. I almost lost my $15 dinner. Toilet leaking waste all over. The smell was unbearable like a outhouse in summer.

D+ grade. Manager cared more about her grandkids than the customers. I wasn't the only one. My cheese cup barely had any cheese in it. My significant others sandwich was hard like a hockey puck. District manager needs to straighten this one out and soon.

Rude and refuse to remake cold order. And she said she remake my order but she’s brought up the exact same order because it had a wrapper inside my fries and refuse to refund me. They didn’t even get my order right after making me wait for 35 mins for some fast food… worst Arby’s I ever been too.
