Chef Craig’s sushi is perhaps the best we’ve ever had - including many top restaurants around the country. The seared Tuna was off the charts, melt in your mouth with a Lime/Soy sauce. The Sesame Salmon was the best, freshest salmon I’ve ever experienced - Including Copper River Salmon in the Pacific NW. Fusion 1 Cafe has a special, laid-back, chill vibe. Be sure to make a reservation ahead of time! This was beyond incredible!!!

Holy smokes! We ordered a few different menu items and we definitely found our new favorite Bay City restaurant. Kudos to the chef for sure! YUM! Service was so sweet and attentive. Proportions were huge and SO TASTY!

Nice atmosphere, wait staff is kind. I love the little space it's in, though I can see busy times being frustrated if you just stopped in. Very consistent sushi rolls, I had the all you can eat for 20 on Thursdays. The salad was unique and delicious. The miso soup is definitely the best I've ever had. Highly recommend. Update on 10/19: Cant praise Fusion enough. I love the staff as much as the food.
