Amazing experience at A1 Grill (Bahareez Restaurant)! The food is absolutely delicious and full of authentic Egyptian flavors. They have a great variety of dishes, so there is something for everyone. Everything we tried was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and tasted like real homemade Egyptian food. The restaurant is also very clean and well organized, which made the whole experience even better. I ordered four chicken platters and paid over $100, and both the food and service were absolutely horrible. First, I called ahead to confirm the total price so I could bring enough cash, and I was told it would be $108. But when I arrived in person, suddenly the total became $111. It felt like they were double charging tax, which seemed completely wrong and dishonest. When I tried to politely question the price, the girl at the counter was very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful instead of helping resolve the issue. The food was even worse. I ordered a take away order. We got the Kebabs. The quantity was decent for the price. The fries were nice. I also enjoyed the sauce they gave along with the food. The restaurant has a small seating area. I would ideally do a take out order. There is not a lot of parking around. Place wasn't crowded when I was there.
