Very disappointing to run out of glazed by 12 pm!! Either the bakers should have made more than 20 dozen ( that amount is what the cashier told me) or they should have stayed longer- especially with it being national donut day!! Please do better next year on this day!!

This makes the second time that I've been through this location and they have gotten my order wrong. I made sure to say I want two sausage egg cheese and jalapeno breakfast kolaches. The first time I got all the way home before realizing that they had put regular kolaches into the bag. This time I told the lady at the counter that they had given me the wrong order last time and I need to get two sausage egg cheese and jalapeno breakfast kolaches. They got the order wrong again so this time I went back to the location. I don't think I'll be going to this location anymore normally I love Shipley

I really like that this donut location usually has available what I’d like to order and the fact that they’re open till 6pm. They also have a drive thru that is pretty convenient, too. Staff is always friendly. Not too many frills or extra stuff here, just your usual Kolaches and donuts. No complaints thus far!

This morning I went through the Shipley's on Garth and I10. It was my first time at that location. I also had another first. The female at the window, which is the face of the establishment, was incredibly incompetent. I greeted her with a "Good morning" and not ONCE did she even look up at us. She was too busy one-finger typing a text chain on her personal cell phone. After waiting in disbelief, my kiddo and I drove off without our order. Never in my life have I EVER seen that before. She should be fired!
