This Sonic needs to be closed down or re-staffed immediately!!! I go to a stall to order a simple Slush, press the button, red button activated but no service! Tells me to press to order again, red button pressed and activated but no service! Apparently no one wants to work, so they should have no job! And DO NOT respond to my review with "Thanks for bringing it to our attention, we will improve" and all of that other mess you respond to the negative reviews with! NOTHING HAS AND WILL EVER CHANGE!

A waitress cuss us out on the intercom when we simply asked the ice cups to come out a bit quicker than usual (in the past they have taken 30+ minutes to bring a cup of ice). Customer service sucks!

I honestly wish i could give this place zero stars. I am here with absolutely no one here. I pulled up to the drive through, nothing said. Waiting and waiting still nothing. So i pulled up to a stall and pushed the button. I then 10 minutes later see a car pull in the drive through and get helped IMMEADITELY. I pulled in the drive through after that and still waited 10 more minutes to get helped. I ordered my food ANOTHER 15 min after the carhop walked out with my DRINK then walked back in to go sit on her phone some more. She finally gave me my drink.

I pulled up here for nothing. I went for my lunch break to try it out. I ordered a #5 combo with a milkshake. I was only disappointed at first when they said the ice cream machine was down but that part wasn’t a big deal. My real problem is that I had to sit for so long waiting on my order that I ended up having to leave hungry so I could get back to work on time. Their whole thing is cold refreshments wand food served fast. I got neither. I’m definitely letting people know that they’d have better luck watching grass grow.
