I was overly impressed with cleanliness, the friendly staff who engaged my wife & I when we walked through the door, and how quick the food was. The staff was not only friendly with the customers but with each other. I also noticed none of the staff was idle at any point during my visit to include a worker washing the outside windows! The on shift manager, Dee, is doing a terrific job and is running a tight ship!

This depends on where you go, Vidor waterburger, it's excellent, and I'll give them five stars alone, but when I get it in beaumont, texas, sometimes they don't have milkshakes, and the food has a chemical taste, other than frying oil. Vidor 5star Beaumont 2star.

If you plan on trying to use a gift card this is not the location to go to. Not only was I not able to use gift card but they forgot half my order had to go back and it was still wrong. Definitely not my best experience.
