Our family stopped at this Panera intending to order, but we ended up leaving before finishing the order. The first thing that stood out was the condition of the dining area. Every open table we saw was dirty, so there was not a clean place ready to sit. The self-ordering screens were also dirty, which made the overall first impression worse. We started placing an order, but the store was missing two important ingredients for one of its popular menu items. At that point, between the dirty tables, dirty ordering screens, and missing ingredients, we decided not to finish the order and left. I

This is by far the worst Panera ever. They mess my order up every single time!! Last time they forgot the chicken, this time they forgot the onions and dressing and half the lettuce is bad. How do you forget, this is your job. It isn’t a hard one. They were not busy today because of the snow, there is no excuse. When you go back to tell them they act like it’s your fault! Don’t go to this location …the food sucks and the heavy set blonde girl with glasses is RUDE…save your time and money and go to the one by Kroger ….

Best food I ever had. Ever. Service was amazing. The food prep lady gave our sandwich the most special touches and with added love & care, and she picked out the best pickle to go with it. She made sure that my deaf husband could hear when our food order was called. Only feedback is that Panera Bread doesn't have mustard?! But that's okay, with the sandwich the way it was, it was magical. Many thanks to Camille, "The Food Magic Maker".

Ordered catering online... A bit of confusion as this location doesn't do catering orders, but was brought in from a nearby location. While I was initially annoyed, all was well when the delivery guy came in with the complete order. BTW, the shift manager was super nice in trying to figure out what was going on, kudos to her for her efforts. Recommend that whoever does the website make some changes to improve clarity.
