Great Korean restaurant on the second floor of a Korean supermarket. Very traditional and felt like it was plucked right from a city in Korea. Food was delicious and comforting. My galbi yukgaejang was flavorful and soul warming. Their tteokbokki was delicious with a perfect texture. My wife said her kimchi jjigae was awesome too. The service was great as well. Will definitely be back.

Nestled on the second floor of the G Mart Market in Beaverton is this little gem that has been serving authentic Korean cuisine for a long time. For anyone not familiar with Korean cuisine, you have to appreciate the pictorial references on the wall that beautifully showcases each entree. Add to it the great service provided by the staff and that mom and pop feel you get from a local independent establishment. It just works so well!So , if you’re ever in the area, give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed! And, as always, don’t forget to support local and small businesses in your area.

I was so happy to find authentic Korean food here in the U.S.—hidden on the second floor of Gmart. This is seriously one of those local-only spots you’d never know about unless someone told you. Today I ordered kimchi jjigae, and we also got spicy tteokbokki and bulgogi jeongol to share. We were very satisfied with everything, including all the side dishes.

This is Oregon’s hidden gem of a Korean restaurant. It is literally hidden. There’s little to no marketing or signage. The environment is worn and gritty with zero effort but to focus on good authentic Korean food. If you want the experience of going to Korea, wandering off the beaten path, getting hungry as you walk down some unknown back alley by following your nose just to find an authentic tasty meal - this is the place to go. Service with a smile is optional here. There may be a wait whether to be seated or for your food so I’ll be prepared. It’s worth it!
