Stopped by for breakfast/brunch while we were in town visiting based off of high reviews. This little cafe did not disappoint. We had the Turkish coffee, beef mix, omelet and one of the pastries. Everything was fresh and delicious. You can tell their pastries and bread are all made in house. Excellent quality and service. The food and Turkish coffee were amazing.

Family cafe is a small resturaunt in downtown cedar hills where no matter what I get its always one of the best things I've ever had. The textures and flavors are always superb and the portion size and pricing is incredibly reasonable. The bread is soft and chewy and lightly sweet, the iraqi tea is complex and bright, the rice is heavenly. Everything is always seasoned in such a way that the spices are big and present, but the core dish ingredient (rice, carrots and peas, fava beans, chicken, etc) is able to be equally present on the pallette. The apmosphere is warm and cozy, very inviting.
