It was full on a Saturday and I do love we got the last table for 2. It’s was raining and little chilly for a spring day so noodles was the best for a day like this. Pho Oregon never disappoint and that warm soup and fulfilling noodles is all you need to complete your day.

Today happened to be Lunar New Year. The owner personally went to each table in advance to let guests know that there would be a traditional dragon dance performance later, and that the noise level might affect the dining experience. She sincerely asked for everyone’s understanding. I was genuinely impressed by her thoughtfulness and consideration. The entire dining experience felt festive and full of New Year spirit, and at the same time, it made me feel respected and valued. The food was served very quickly as well. It was a warm and memorable experience.
