Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at a Dunkin. I placed an order, they could not find the order when I got there. I gave them the order number, and they still cannot find the order. The order was completely wrong, none of the selected options were put in the boxes. The staff was very unfriendly and not communicative. My credit card was charged five times for a $120 order, leading to $600 a bank charges that need to be filed. Will not be back to this location.

My brother and I both got iced coffees and had to pay extra to get the ice removed. But instead of filling the rest with coffee, the filled it with water. It tasted terrible and super watered down. On top of this my croissant sandwich was burnt. We called back to complain multiple times but they didn’t answer once. Terrible experience and probably never going back.

Really? This was my first time at this location because my kid had a soccer game right around the corner. I always go to the location closer to me but I was short on time so had to go after the game. This is how I was handed my cookie butter cold brew that tasted like plain cold brew with cream. It definitely was not cookie butter. My turkey sausage egg and cheese sourdough sandwich was also terribly made. I’ll never go back to this location in a pinch. Didn’t even get a hello at the window.
