Just visited the newly opened Paris Baguette, and wow—it already feels like a Bellevue gem. The bakery is bright, clean, and beautifully designed, with that perfect cozy-yet-modern café vibe. The display alone is dangerous in the best way 😄—so many fresh pastries, breads, and cakes that it’s hard to choose. Everything we tried was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The pastries were light, buttery, and not overly sweet, and the bread had that perfect crisp-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside texture. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into each item. Coffee was excellent too—sm

Super Tasty!!! You will find a few things to Love and want to come back for. My regret was not getting more pastries. If it’s your first time, definitely take a couple to try and come in the morning when it’s super fresh :)

Spacious inside with plenty of seating and always clean. Staff does a great job staying on top of things even when it’s packed. That said, as someone who’s been going to Paris Baguette for 20+ years, the quality just isn’t what it used to be - feels like they’ve expanded too fast and something got lost along the way. Still decent but not the same experience it once was.
