I stopped for breakfast yesterday morning. The old blonde woman with short hair who was cleaning was rude. I heard customers complaining about her, and then I left. She was working roughly, was mean, and was closing the dispenser loudly, which was irritating to my ears. I'm not the one complaining to her, but she is still mean. She was blocking my way to get ketchup refill, and when I asked, she answered me rudely. If you're not happy working at your job, then just quit. It's that simple. Your salary comes from your customers. I understand now, why ratings here is very poor.

every time I come here I always have to pull up and wait. Last time I waited 30 minutes for my food. I went in the building and asked what was going on and they said they gave my order away to someone else.

I had a very concerning experience at the Belpre McDonald’s today. After being told to park and wait, I watched an employee bring a bag and 2 Happy Meals to another vehicle first. The customer opened the Happy Meal boxes, looked through them, and handed one of the boxes back to the employee. A few seconds after that employee went back inside, another employee came out and brought me my order — including 2 Happy Meals. One of them was wrong, which immediately made me question whether I had been given the same Happy Meal that had already been handled by another customer. When I told the employe

usually never have a problem at this location, everyone is always so nice, but dont you dare skip the first window on accident or else all hell is gonna break loose. had a mobile order and didnt need my receipt so i just went to the second window and got yelled and the window slammed in my face for doing so! even though ive never been yelled at for doing that before. MY BAD!! hope everyone has a lovely sunday morning!!
