This dinner date started with the hostess in all black and who had short brown hair. Insulting us to our face about our attire. After we entered for our reservation, she looked at us, then looked at her coworker and asked outloud "do we have a dress code? Can I ask people to leave for not dressing up?" Honestly, my steak was overcooked initially. However, after speaking with my server, they responded promptly and with great enthusiasm. Even the manager came to check on me. The food was okay, but the 16-ounce steak was a bit too much for my taste. On the positive side, our server was very knowledgeable about wines and Oregon itself. If you’re a skier like me who’s visiting Oregon, I highly recommend this steakhouse for a fine dining experience.
