Today on 02/28/2026 at around 12:30 I came inside and ordered a BANANA refresher (I asked if they had it yet since it's still February) TANYA (might be wrong spelling) got very bad attitude and tried to tell me this berry acai is a banana refresher after I explained to her she put berry... She said mango would make it yellow but she tried telling me it's just the color. I used to work Dunkin, my husband used to work Dunkin at a different location so she's not fooling anyone. Service, Atmosphere, and Food Taste all was good. My only concern was the 1/5 empty beverage I received. Some of these beverages cost $5 or so dollars and then finding out 1/5 is missing, is extremely annoying. Sharing the picture I took before even leaving the drive thru for better clarity. Please sure the customer is getting proper amount of beverage.

Drive thru was ridiculously long, I ordered through the mobile app as I sat in line, by the time I got to the window my frozen chocolate was chocolate milk and my whip cream has melted. The lady handed it to me with barely any whip cream left and I asked that she put more whip cream (which she did and handed it back) not realizing the whole drink was melted and the cup was messy and sticky with chocolate syrup. Needless to say I won’t be going back for sure!

I'm disabled and still mostly quarantined from Covid. A family member picked me up munchkins donuts about 10 mins ago. They are hard and unedible. I tried calling the store no answer at all. This is pitiful to sell rock hard donuts 🍩 to people and not know it. Also there are onlyv16 not 25ct. Shame on you as a company. Now I paid good money for crap food and it trash. Thanks for nothing.
