Was beautiful upon walking in! Self serve ramen station that is beautifully set up! Then you walk around to the self checkout screens but they also have lists posted up in the serving area. Lovely music playing, clean atmosphere and laid back feel. Gentleman was quick with orders and very kind. I hope I didn’t offend him taking photos and videos to post. He was fast and friendly! He announced orders loud enough for customers to hear they were up when the orders were ready. Beautiful open atmosphere and stunning menu that offers amazing flavors! Highly recommend coming!!

Nice place to study. I don't like the use of ai generated images 🚫 Mango smoothie was nice 🥭 lemon pepper fries 🍋 🍟 did not taste like lemon pepper but it was still good. Mirror in the restroom was appreciated 👏 no toilet lid though 🫢 peach strawberry tea 🍑🍓 was basically just water 👎 I do like ordering on the kiosk 👍

I usually really enjoy going here to hangout with friends and grab drinks. I was really displeased with the service and how the drink I received was today. I ordered the iced pumpkin chai latte and majority of the cup was filled with ice, the drink was gone within a few sips. When I went up to the front and asked if the cup is usually 90% ice, the worker at the front stated that “her manager told her to do that” and that she can’t do anything about it unfortunately. I recently visited this cafe and absolutely loved it! I only tried the desserts this time, and they were incredibly delicious, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The coffee was also very tasty, rich and smooth. The atmosphere is magical, filled with a warm Christmas spirit. With several beautifully decorated Christmas trees and sparkling lights, it truly felt like stepping into a childhood dream. The staff were very attentive and kind, which made the experience even better. I will definitely come back again to try their food as well. Highly recommend this place!
