I tried to order a burger with lettuce pickles and mayo... the manager was the one taking the order and he tells me you need to tell me what you DONT want on your burger. Proceeded to tell me I can't take your order if you don't tell me what you don't want on your burger. I asked to speak to the manager at which point he stated that he was the manager Daniel. I asked for the number for corporate and he said you can look it up yourself. One of worst customer service I have experienced. If you can't deal with customers making a simple order request you shouldn't be working as a manager!

I went to sonic Sunday morning order a smasher meal 6$ smasher meal I pull up to the window and they tell me they don’t take tap to pay, I go the next day on Monday with my card this time I pays for my meal and I explained to them I didn’t want mayo or tomatoes. They messed up my meal another day starving because of sonic. My work is strict about us leaving while on property so I called and a manger answered asked for my number order I gave him the number 118 and he told me to go in tomorrow for them to remake my meal. I go in on Tuesday hoping I can get my meal the female manager seems confus

This place has the worst service ever. I went back hoping they would get it together, however, they didn’t. The employees are rude. I had to repeat my order 4X! Got to the window, they still asked what I ordered? At this point…. DO BETTER! 😡
