Markita S.★My family went to this location in Berwyn and by far the worst customer service by the young girl it’s red hair in pony tail that came to give us our food from drive thru. We asked for 1 extra empty cup and spoon so kids can share ice cream and she rolled her eyes and did not say anything! She returned and my husband said thank you and she didn’t say anything! Rudeness at its finest! My husband called and spoke to manager and her only response was she sorry and she will talk with her! Who knows if she even say anything as she was nonchalant! We will not be returning as we so happen to be in th
