William Alexander★★Sure they have curbside pick up if you want to sit there for 15-20 minutes after hitting the "i arrived" button. I had my kid asleep in the car so I thought curbside would be a great idea. I had to legit call the store and ask where my food is and if they could bring it out. Got home and my sandwiches were room temp/luke warm. Im not angry... Im Disappointed.

Ryan Ramezani★I've always been a fan of Panera, but my recent experience was deeply unsettling. After getting my order, I discovered two cockroaches crawling inside the bag. I'm appalled by the lack of cleanliness and basic pest control. This is a serious health concern, and I urge management to address it immediately. For now, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.
Christina Daveiga★★★Why say someone's order is ready when it isnt? People plan their time and lunch breaks around these things, and if I receive a notification that my food I'd ready and I still have to wait another 15 minutes when I get inside... thats half a lunch break.
