“Great service, delicious food, & clean environment!!”

Older women at the in-store check out may 5th is extremely rude! Hands us an extra drink even though ordered shake. Then when she remembers, gives us dirty looks, verbally is rude to us, and just sets food down without notifying us. Because we filled a extra cup with water that she gave us. Not to mention how do you even make a mistake when we're the only customers inside the store, and have adrive through with q cone blocking it. So sorry you cost a company worth millions, maybe 5c? Also she's the manager! What a awkward wait, she made the situation so hostile. Over giving us a accidental cup

Ordered a burger & a sandwich… both of the patties on my burger were red in middle & fries were old. Big Spring has the worst food service out of any town in surrounding area. I don’t know how any Arby’s survives as I hardly see anyone eat there. But I completely understand why now…. NEVER AGAIN in my life will I entertain the idea of eating at Arby’s!!!

I went to this business and I was the only customer, waited 20-25 mins for 2 sandwiches that were wrong. The manager tried to tell me she couldn’t give me a refund and basically taking my money… once I said I would complain to cooperate she walked away as if to say no money or no sandwiches. Then asked for my information so she could inform corporate of my complaint. This lady wore a grey manager shirt, never had an experience like this at Arby’s. Not only did I wait 20-25 mins for the wrong sandwich, she didn’t want to refund me my money. Arby’s need to fire her!

I’ve stopped at this Arby’s a few times as I travel a lot. This location is always slow or out of one thing or another. Never really busy so doesn’t make much sense.
