I went last night around 9:30 pm. After waiting nearly half an hour for my order (1 combo) I was honestly just disappointed in the taste. The bun on the hamburger was stale in areas, and the bottom patty was just gross. Idk if it was old or something but yucky. The best tasting part of the burger was the top bun with the sauce and vegetables. I didn’t touch hardly any of the meat. The fries were okay, but i could make better ones at home in the oven. The only reason they’re getting two stars for food instead of one is the cold brew was pretty tasty, aside from it being 40% drink and 60% ice. H

We ordered four double cheeseburger meals when we got our order we were missing the fries the lady at the window tried to tell us that we didn't order fries I told her that we ordered the meals we got our drinks and the burgers she made us pay for our fries again separately The manager was very rude and two of the double cheeseburgers had no cheese on them, when we finally got our fries they tasted like they've been cooked in dirty oil they were very small pieces and very hard. I will never come back to this place again they need better management and people who know what they're doing.

Its always something at this place. I understand these people are busy but the last few times I’ve gone my chili cheese dog was nasty, my cherry limeade was nasty—tasted like soda water and old limes and then I waited over 30 minutes tonight for 3 shakes for an uber order, I asked the guy if they forgot and he through his hands up and said “they’re out now ok!” To be honest a simple “I’m sorry” would have made me feel better but to throw your hands up and argue with a customer after you literally just costed your customer money is not ok. We recently visited for ice cream and encountered significant difficulties during the ordering process. The employee assisting us displayed a poor attitude and struggled with modifying our order, resulting in a 15-minute delay. When we requested an update, the employee became visibly frustrated. Subsequently, the card reader was inoperable, necessitating a cash payment. Consequently, we do not intend to return.
