I’ve been to Stalla a handful of times, and the food is always delicious, but the service has been a bit hit or miss. They get very busy, and sometimes things seem to fall through the cracks. Most recently, they forgot to put in one of our entrées, and by the time it came out, everyone else had already finished eating. Always a bummer when that happens. Hoping they’re able to handle the busy rushes a little better in the future, because the food itself really is good.

Get reservations! Even on a Tuesday night the restaurant was packed. The basket of focaccia bread that comes before the meal was really good. Since it was so busy, it took forever to get our meal - 40 minutes from time of ordering. And after the long wait the noodles in the rigatoni were so undercooked the meal was uneatable. Since it took so long to get our food we had no patience to let them redo it. They didn't charge us for the meal, but it still ruined the experience. The linguine fra diavolo was good but very spicy. Our first night here and it was amazing! The menu has all the things you’d want from a good Italian restaurant. We got seated quickly and efficiently with nice hosts. Gillian was our server and she was one of the best servers I’ve had. Very helpful and nice, ensuring we were happy and satisfied the whole time. I tried the strawberry lemon drop which was my first time drinking in a long time. I asked her if it would be okay given I don’t drink much and she actually had the bartender dilute the drink for me, and it was a perfect result. She was thoughtful and just great over all. Shout out to Taylor and the team. My wife and I went here for our anniversary and the service was outstanding. Great food, great atmosphere but even with out those I would come back just for the service. Thank you Taylor and everyone else who waited on us for making our anniversary feel special.
