We decided to skip the red meat and go the "salad bar only" route, which honestly turned out to be one of the best meals we've had in a while. The spread is something else: smoked salmon, prosciutto, salami, a nice selection of cheeses, lobster bisque, Brazilian rice and beans, moqueca, potatoes gratin, and more greens, vegetables, salads and toppings than you could ever get through. They also bring pan de queso to the table. Plenty of variety, genuinely good quality, and great value. We'll be back.
