I ordered two double bacon cheeseburgers and an 8-piece mozzarella sticks order through the drive-thru. After waiting for my order, I finally received it, only to realize it was the wrong order. I went inside the restaurant to have the issue corrected. While waiting, I noticed customers walking into the restaurant and people in the drive-thru were being helped before me, despite my order already being delayed due to the restaurant’s mistake. Typical BK. Usually pretty quick service and the food is hot. Seems to be a good place to stop as they are usually busy at lunchtime. Drive through available. Free parking lot with lots of space. Bathrooms inside are clean. Mostly booth seating inside.

Food very obviously doesn't get tossed out when expired. I assume they just keep product after expiration to use it and save money. I've personally witnessed timers go off for products and they just ignore it. Nuggets are usually dried out and old, most chicken products are old and been sitting in the warmer all day. This is an establishment that very clearly doesnt care about quality. They are one of those businesses that put their own personal stats and speed scores over customer experience.
