The food was adequate. My specialty burritos were good and hot and were worth the extra money I paid for the steak upgrade. However my son's mini taco salad..which I paid for with reward points..was totally skimpy. If it was my restaurant I would have been embarrassed to serve it...hardly no cheese and even taco meat. I was given an over abundance of mild and hot sauces but NO NAPKINS..which is pretty important when going through the drive thru.

I always wonder why drive thru service sucks so bad at this restaurant. Once again I decided to give this restaurant another try, and they reinforced my beliefs that it is a waste of time and money. Today I wanted a $9 Lux Box. Love the crunch wraps, i get home and find that i paid for a $9 lux box and they gave me a $5 . Typical college town fast food bullshit. I wont do it again.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER! Got the order through drive through. I ordered fiesta potatoes without sour cream but they didn’t remove it! On top of that, the crunchy tacos that are fragile were at the bottom of all food. Literally crushed up. Ordered 2 chips and queso. Chips were EVERYWHERE in the bag!!! Literally the worst service!
