Went through the drive-through for only a hot fudge sundae. The hot fudge was ice cold. The ice cream wasn’t even the right consistency. Appears I got somebody’s rejected Sunday put back in the freezer but the ice cream seems like the wrong blend. It was lumpy and was barely melting in 86 degrees. Did I mention the cold hot fudge 🤦‍♂️ Tried it, it tasted unusual. Had plenty to know how they look and taste. Disgusting didn’t eat it. The ice cream separated in one big chunk, from the cold fudge deleted to the side of the cup. You couldn’t scoop a spoon of it. It all wanted to come out. Waste of

It was late in the evening, and we stopped by for a quick bite. The person taking our order sounded upset that we were there. They charged us for two water cups, which is ridiculous since we were ordering other items. When we pulled up to the window, we received our entire order except for a cheeseburger. The employee went to grab it, but then some random guy appeared out of nowhere trying to get someone to come to the window. After waiting five minutes for them to bring out my burger—with the guy standing between our vehicle and the window—we decided to leave.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to my entire life. There was literally nobody in line in front of me and I still waited about 15 to 20 minutes from my food, and the fries were so cold and chewy that they were not even edible. This place is an absolutely dump and I would stay away from it at all cost. The people that work here hate their lives and hate their jobs and it shows. I would give this place negative five stars if I could

The first impression a guest gets of a restaurant is how well they keep their premises clean. Walk in and the outside garbage in unit is overflowing with garbage. I visit the restroom and the garbage is overflowing and water all over the counter. I went to place my order and the cashier did not know how to handle a complimentary meal card. Had to ask another associate and then a manager. The cashier had an issue with almost every guest she encountered. Looks like training isn't done here very well. Went to get ketchup at the drink station and it was empty for some time based on the dried s
