My wife, friends and I had a great experience at Side Pockets in Blue Springs. They have great pool tables, super tasty jalapeño cheese bites and fun dart machines as well. The only off-putting experience for me was when we were initially trying to play on the dart machines. A prompt popped up on the screen for some kind of registration process that could be bypassed but we weren’t sure how to do it. After a very polite employee tried to override it for several minutes and couldn’t figure it out, he called over another gentleman who asked/stated things like (paraphrased): “Who touched the but

Had a great experience at Side Pockets Bar yesterday! The service was friendly, fast, and attentive the whole time. You can tell the staff really cares about making sure everything is right. I ordered the chicken wrap and it was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

Horrible bartender. Nothing short of amature customer service . Racist comments were used as well as negative commmets toward opposing countries during the FIFA. My guest is from Sweden and was greatly disrespected. The manager was rude and disrespectful, then,when asked to change the Channel to World Cup that was promoted and they said sorry UFC. There’s 20 tvs in there. Why would the employees act so egoistical bout doing their job? We came here for sports. We left disappointed. Do better!!
