The speed of the drive thru always confuses me. When your food takes too long, they move you to the parking lot so their numbers look better. They move you primarily to maintain high speed-of-service, keeping their average timer metrics low for corporate, and to prevent the line from backing up. But it just seems like it takes longer. If I waited for a few minutes before I could order, then waited a few more minutes to get to the window, why should I have to wait to pick it up? Was the food good? Yes. So, I guess that makes up for it. But I still get frustrated when it takes "too long." Anyway

Placed a breakfast order on the app around 10:20am. Went to pick up at 10:25am. Was told to wait at the drive thru until 10:32am when someone said it was after 10:30 now so they can't redeem the order. After the made me wait on purpose to switch over to lunch. There is always some sort of problem whenever my family and I come to this mcdonalds

Terrible! I only returned to this McDonald’s because a colleague of mine wanted McDonalds. They had already messed my order up last month. BUT this order right here made my stomach turn. I took a bite of my Double Quarter Pounder with bacon/cheese and it was not done at all. DISGUSTING!

No no no bad food cold . They won't give you change so billion dollar corp is stealing so for now I will be taking things back till you stop. You know you are wrong if you take 1 penny from every transaction. Time to stop all corporations from stealing from us
