The bacon cheeseburger I got at Five Guys in Boise was so good. It came out hot, fresh, and messy in the best way. The bacon had a good crisp to it, the cheese was melted well, and the burger had that classic Five Guys flavor with plenty of toppings. It was definitely filling and tasted made-to-order instead of sitting around. A little greasy, but honestly that’s part of what you expect with a burger like this. Overall, my favorite burger place and a good stop if you’re craving something simple, hearty, and fresh.

I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger on 1/7/26. I added mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, lettuce, pickles, and jalapeño peppers. The burger was delicious, and the ingredients seemed fresh. The only reason I gave the food a 4 star is because the bacon was a little on the burnt side. I love crispy, but as I say, slightly burnt is past crispy. There were two workers there. The young man was very polite and welcoming. The gal, who seemed to be the manager, was a little annoyed that I asked for the code to the bathroom, to wash my hands. Very good environment. The food is perfect and they make it infront of you so you know whats going on with your food. They may not have it out in seconds, but they make the food quick, and get it out to you pretty fast for a restaurant, with great quality too. The people there are kind, willing to work with any issues that you may have, and even requests depending on it, like if you ask for wrap lettuce on your burger they'll be willing to add it, which is very kind.
