I ordered online for delivery and the food has changed drastically to a point it’s not worth getting anymore. The pizzas was pretty burnt on the bottom crust, the crust was tasteless and thicker then it used to be. The mozzarella sticks were soggy where they used to be crispy and had more flavor,. The chicken tenders were the only saving grace but the ranch used to be better. Overall I’m very dissatisfied with the meal and heavily questioning if I’ll order from Rosati’s again after being a customer for the last few years.

The best pizza I ever had in my life . I ordered thin crust chicken with extra spinach and tomatoes, olives, jalapeñoes, it was covered generously with hot cheese! I ordered a side of delicious Alfredo sauce for dipping. The Best! 🤌🏼

I asked for well done. The bottom crust was still raw. I asked for it to be delivered. The guy repeats my address and the instructions on where to leave it. I even told him to charge my card and add a tip. He said under an hour. 1.5 hours later I called. A different guy answered and said he marked my order for pickup.
