I am so pleased by my visit to Caffe Tazza! The place is really nice, they have plenty of seating options with outlets to plug your computers if you’re looking to work from there. The service is great! They’re so attentive and nice, which is always appreciated. They have a big selection of pastries, sandwiches and drink options you can choose from. I decided to get a hot chai and it was SO GOOD! I regretted getting the small one. I also got a sandwich, I could tell the ingredients are fresh which is always a plus! Used to come two to three times a week to study. For the past month their wifi has been down and when asking the employees, they indicate they don’t know why. Maybe ask the manager to fix it? Food and drinks are good. One of the few coffee shops in south bay that closes after 5 pm.

Been going here for years but lately it’s always dirty, always crumbs and trash on the floor. The walls are stained with food coffee and who knows what. Tables are always wobbly. Coffee whatever now, last 3 times we’ve gone it has been really sweet. Overall it’s dirty, coffee quality has gone down, worst part is that the workers walk past all this stuff and they don’t care to clean it up or fix it.

Not specialty coffee. My iced latte had burned coffee bean taste. Barista should learn how to dial their espresso. Come here often when group meets here. Open to changing review on next visit. Do better!
