Last week they served me a milkshake with spoiled ingredients, I missed their call back and they didn't attempt to call me back or leave a voicemail. And today I ordered a chicken sandwich with extra pickle and add tomato, and got neither.

I've been going to this Sonic for several years. Usually the service is quite good. This evening I ordered a sonic blast the girl waiting on me asking if I wanted my change back. Which if I was quite tacky. Did you got ice cream all over my cup when I asked her to wipe it off she got an attitude and only wipe it partially off so I still got ice cream all over my car. Don't know her name probably won't go back to that Sonic again

Unfortunately probably the worst sonic i’ve ever been to. The food is always cooked terribly. pretzels hard and burnt, i don’t even know what was going on with my onion rings but they were horrible. was really hoping for better since its next to base :(

I used to go daily for a drink before work and it was amazing. The girls working there knew me by name and could even tell when I pulled into the drive through and immediately got me to pull around. I loved it. Then this new girl started working mornings and it went downhill, drinks didn't have enough ice, if i ordered extra ice there was practically no drink. It took absolutely forever to get my drink and she always tried to give me the wrong one. This was over a year ago and i thought i might try again, but this girl is STILL THERE AND STILL TERRIBLE.
