My friend and I stopped in here this morning to grab some baked goods. We got the taro moon cake, the black sesame moon cake, an egg custard tart, zongzi with pork, mung bean and a salted egg yolk, and some green bean buns which I believe had mung bean. The moon cakes were definitely my favorite and hands down the best ones I have had so far in my life. The fillings were very pure and the flavors matched perfectly how you would expect taro or black sesame to taste. The egg custard tart was good too. The filling was nice and the tart shell was a little on the softer side. I wasn't a huge fan

Great experience! We stopped in while exploring Boston and absolutely loved it. The shop was packed despite being small, which just shows how popular and well-loved it is. The cashiers were incredibly friendly, and the desserts were amazing. We found outdoor seating near by to sit and enjoy our treats. Definitely worth the visit and highly recommend stopping by!

8/19/25 - The lady at the counter was nice. - Green Tea moon cake: crust not very flaky or light. A little too soft for me. Didn’t get much green tea flavor - Custard Bun was decent. - 2 Egg Tarts: developed a slight layer on top, but decent as well. A little moisture leaking out.

The Chinese name is "Juxiang Mianbao Fang聚香麵包坊". It had the taste of an old-fashioned bakery and was very cost-effective. Portuguese Egg Tart葡撻: The shop keeps the egg tarts in a warming box, which is very thoughtful. I've always preferred the cookie crust of old-fashioned Hongkongese egg tarts; they don't crumble or feel sticky in your throat. The custard filling looked a bit overbaked on the surface, but it was still smooth and creamy inside. The milk and egg flavors were qualified, and it was not too sweet.
