Stopped by Quincy Market again on our way back from Acadia, and it was just as lively as I remembered. It was packed during the holiday weekend, and both floors were full, with many people eating while standing because seats were hard to find. This time I had the hot butter lobster roll from Wicked Lobsta ($35 after tax) and the New England clam chowder from Boston Chowda Co. ($15 after tax). Quincy Market is a vibrant blend of Boston history and high-energy fun. The massive food hall is a paradise for families; with everything from fresh lobster rolls to giant cookies, everyone can find exactly what they want. The atmosphere is perfect for exploring and relaxing. You can grab a bite and head outside to the cobblestone plaza to enjoy world-class street performers. For those who love taking pictures, the 19th-century architecture and colorful stalls provide a stunning backdrop at every turn. It’s a must-visit spot to eat, snap some photos, and soak up the local vibe.

Quincy Market is a cornerstone of the Boston experience, serving as a vibrant bridge between the city’s colonial past and its modern, bustling energy. Originally opened in 1826 under the leadership of Mayor Josiah Quincy, this grand Greek Revival structure was designed to provide the city with a central food and trade hub. Today, it stands as the heart of the Faneuil Hall Marketplace, characterized by its iconic granite columns and a long central hall that hums with the activity of thousands of daily visitors. The atmosphere is quintessential "festival marketplace"—busy, lively, and filled wit
