Love this place they do a good job with food, & coffee. Service is good & quick … BUT this location really needs to up their game on matcha. The foam takes up a good amount of the cup (see photo) & there isn’t enough milk making the drink way too sweet. My husband got a large coffee & I got same size matcha he handed my drink to me & said “wow it feels like there is nothing in there” I was done with my drink in 10 minutes he still had his hot coffee 20 minutes later. I suggest—stop using the blender, stir the matcha in by hand like other locations the foam won’t form & you can use more milk. I

I’ve been coming here for a year every morning on my way to work. They have a 25% chance of making my coffee right and I’m afraid to tell them to remake it because one of my friends did that and we watched them spit in his new drink. I only continue to go there in hopes that it gets better but it’s only gotten worse. they can barely understand what you tell them. If you’re going to work a job that’s 100% customer service, maybe knowing the language should be mandatory

Thank you SOOO much for the stale bagels and doughnuts!! So lovely spending 19$ for 95% of our order to be stale, soo delicious and wonderful. Also, wow way to be so generous with the cream cheese. Yall really hooked us up, thanks sooo much! We really can't wait to NOT come back here again!

Order a dozen of donuts and two drinks… took them over 15 min. To serve the drinks only and around 45min. for a dozen of donuts, when I asked them why its was taking so long, they only said "oh we forgot about it " they never offered something to compensate for the long wait, lobby had no customers neither ahead or behind us and also lobby was a mess, never going back to this place and definitely don’t recommend it to anyone
