I've been wanting to try a Panda Express for years and finally got the opportunity when visiting family! The staff was very polite and friendly. The food was fresh, hot, ready, affordable and tasted AMAZING. I recommend the dynamite chicken. I'm so happy to bring pei-pei home with me! I'm sad this isn't a franchise so I could open one in my home town hehee!!

This used to be a great location but it is going down hill, quickly! Went through the drive thru asked for a bigger plate with orange chicken and chow mein. I asked that they please try to avoid the “big chunks of cabbage” their response is always we will try our best (they usually do). this time I basically got a plate full of cabbage I could not believe it. Also was missing the fortune cookies which seems to be a frequent issue here. The manager was the one doing expo on the drive thru. Sad to see that the manager is okay with this quality of food. I had a very disappointing experience at Panda Express in Oswego tonight. I placed an online order with a pickup time of 7:15 PM, but when I arrived, my food was not ready. I waited there while other customers were being helped, and I felt completely ignored. I asked twice about my order, and nothing happened until around 7:45 PM — literally 30 minutes after the pickup time shown on my app screenshot. Only after I told them I needed to leave because I had a meeting did they finally start making my food. I understand places get busy, but ignoring online orders and making customers wait 30 min

I know I came an hour before close but there is no reason for the food to be wrong and gross. I went for just a plain side of white rice for my preg bsf that was being specific on what she wanted. Got home saw it was brown rice and had to go right back and it was about 10 minutes before close at this point. Supposedly got the right thing this time and it is but there is random greens on the container coated in something, she happenes to be deadly allergic to soy and there’s random purple on the inside of the box which there should never be
