We ordered the brisket Mac and cheese and the burger with onion straws. Everything was so delicious. We were near speechless. Highly recommend!

Great beer selection and a large selection of drinks. We had a few different sandwiches and enjoyed them all. The Cowboy Rueben was amazing. The BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger was really good. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was also good. The seasoning on the fries was also really good. We also enjoyed their homemade pickles.
Maddox Malaney★★★★★Amazing and historical restaurant in one of my favorite places in all of Colorado! Came to Boulder on a whim with my partner and saw this place on a map and HAD to try it. Did not disappoint! My Tres Fuego burger was incredibly good and really spicy, but I am very happy I asked for the Habenero Jam on the side because it was one of the spiciest things I have ever tasted. They also had student discounts which came in handy for us! Absolutely will visit again whenever we decide to visit again!
