I love ordering a famous bowl of mashed potatoes and gravy, emphasis on WHERE THE HELL IS THE GRAVY!!!! It shouldn’t be this difficult. Pleasantly surprised and happy with our service! We haven’t eaten here in a while and the menu has changed a lot so we had some questions. Usually, when a restaurant has kiosks, it’s impossible to talk to someone who works there, but they were helpful and provided excellent customer service. The Manager, Bryan, pointed out deals and explained the menu. He was very patient and helpful! The food was great and the atmosphere was bright, welcoming, and clean! After our experience today, we will definitely be going back!

Been going to KFC for years with my family. Always loved it. Except today, April 11 at 1:00, at this place. This particular restaurant wouldn’t take my order. They wanted me to use some machine to order. I couldn’t figure out how to use it so I asked for assistance. I was told I would have to figure it out. I tried. I asked nicely again for assistance to order through the machine. They weren’t going to have that. And they wouldn’t take my order at the counter. All I wanted to do was order some chicken meals for my family. They wouldn’t have it, because I couldn’t figure out the ma
