Yall have to do better with cleaning your drink machines. I got a sweet tea that tasted like straight chemicals. Matter of fact when yall fill the drink dispensers up, taste it first before serving it to people. I want my money back for this garbage.

I have to say the staff here is amazing. This place stays super busy with a staff of 6 people it is incredible how they all work as one machine in perfect harmony taking orders, preparing them, greeting customers as they arrive. The place is kept clean even though one can expect it not to be since they are so busy. To the owners, this is a great team you have here. I visit several food places, not only Dunkin Donuts and I can tell you this team you have in the mornings are super stars. Don't ever neglect them. If I could give no stars I would. O have gone 3 times in 2 weeks and EVERY time my order has been incorrect. The staff has changed and they are rude and extremely slow. The purpose of ordering ahead is so the order is ready but yet consistently I have to wait in excesses of 5 min or more for a simple coffee with cream and flavor pumps... nothing extreme. Even contacting corporate has not helped. They have taken greater than 2 weeks to give and still no resolution.

People are relatively friendly. But only go thru drive thru cause they just won't make any pickup orders. But if your in the drive thru it's good. Makes no sense
