Absolutely disgusted by this experience. I ordered a matcha and a bagel. Halfway through drinking the matcha, I discovered a hair in it, which made me feel sick, especially since I had already finished my bacon and cream cheese bagel. The staff didn’t seem to understand the order correctly, making the overall experience even more frustrating. I have serious concerns about the hygiene standards here appropriate health authorities should further investigate . I would not recommend this place until they address their food safety practices.

The young kids working there obviously have no idea what they're doing and they need more supervised training. After about 10 minutes of watching them give this lady coffee instead of tea, I finally got my croissant stuffer. I noticed it was in a box which it never is. And then I open the box when I'm in the car and already gone.... They ruined it, I can't eat that. That's disgusting.

GIVE THE GIRL WITH CURLY RED HAIR A RAISE! She is SO incredibly hard-working and efficient. I hate when I go to a FAST food place and there is like no one there and yet they STILL take forever on something soooooooo tiny. This girl knows what is goin ON ! Every time I order, she is in the back putting everything together as I go. She once handed me my drink legit the SECOND after paying. She does NOT mess around !!!!! The infection control in this place is horrible! Person was serving customers with making sandwiches picked up dirty staff from the floor and with the same gloves was touching the food. The employee needs a good education about the infection management and control.
