First time visit and only used drink club membership to get tea/ coffee. Did not have to talk with anyone. Coffee and tea was hot as we like it.

Got a chicken roma bagel stack. Probably about 6 small pieces of chicken on it. All bread, barely anything inside. Would never come here again. Basically stealing people's money. Sad thing is it actually had a great taste. But what you get for the price is criminal.

Its your typical Panera. Food is good, but slightly overpriced. Food service is quick and the counter people are friendly and typically helpful. Ive been to this location several times, both eat-in and take out with no issues.

Everything is fresh & made to order(which I love) Recently remodeled and not a fan. The reason being is that it’s no longer, the private, cozy, intimate setting. The barriers would go up half way or all the way to ceiling and it created a private experience. Now it’s all one height. The area around the fireplace just looks….different? Out of place? This Panera seemed to have lost its privacy that was soo appealing & needed to get ready for the day or at end of day. But regardless, I will always come here. Staff is amazing & food incredible.
