I love Chick-fil-A in general, but this location truly stands out. The team is always friendly, and my order is consistently accurate. Today, I stopped by to pick up dinner like I do a few times each month. I was greeted right away, and Mo handed me my drink while letting me know my order would be ready shortly. This is the kind of chicken they served us this morning . I have been coming to the valrico location for years and have noticed their chicken quality has gone down drastically since the new Brandon location has opened its doors . I’m extremely disappointed that this is not the first time that this has happened and definitely not the last .
