I normally enjoy Chipotle, but this experience was awful. My daughter’s veggie bowl came with guacamole that was brown and warm. Guacamole naturally browns over time, but it should never be warm. We didn’t feel comfortable eating it. I contacted Chipotle Customer Care and requested a refund. Instead of addressing the issue, they gave me… a free side of guacamole. 🤦‍♀️ The very thing that was the problem. Used to frequent this location a lot, but there was a beetle in our bowl this time. Locations been going downhill for months. Also had no steak ready, and was told it would be a 30 minute wait. Just generally seem unprepared and unclean. Staff was friendly for what it’s worth. Won’t be back

This is absolutely THE WORST CHIPOTLE IN NE OHIO. Between getting orders blatantly wrong, and not even *trying* to get decent portion sizes for the absurd prices they continue to charge. I’d spend $12 on a burrito bowl if I could get more than half a meal out of it! But nope, can’t even fake it filling the bowl with cheap rice. This bowl was ordered 1.5 hours before close, and had the “al pastor chicken UPGRADE”. I was very hungry after eating this half a bowl. Just stay away from these robbers. Go to Bubbakoo Burritos just down the street. Better prices, better quality. The ONLY reason

Friday night 6/19 everyone that worked this night was AMAZING. Everyone had a smile on their face, warm greetings, food hot juicy and appetizing. A lot of people in line and everyone was so nice.
