Love this store. Always clean, staff is friendly, & it’s clear people who love books run the store! Frequent updates in content and focus on trends make it super easy to peruse naturally since you genuinely want to see what’s in the displays/ end caps. The stuffed pretzels at the Starbucks have my heart too. The special menu is the cherry on top of my B&N experience.

Love your book collection however one of the older employees here with short white hair and glasses is super rude. She slammed my book down to scan it after walking right past me while I was in line without saying anything to another register lol. And before that I was looking at books she huffed and threw her arms down because I guess I was in her way? A simple “excuse me” would have sufficed instead of the childish attitude. I would expect someone to act their age in a place of business.

Very nice employees, well 9rganized and cozy place for as big as it is. Good selection of foods at the Cafe, more than an actual Starbucks. Calico critters are well stocked, Legos and anime figures/merchandise well stocked, so many different book genres to look through, the selection is immense and well organized. Employees are very helpful and will find and recommend products for you if you like. Overall my favorite barnes and noble to visit.

We had a great time coming to this place. Very organized and kept clean. Things are easy to find. Great selections of books for kids and Adults. A lot of variety to find for certain things like things you want to find or just simply interests on things you might just like. The cafe is very spacious. There's plenty of tables for everything is taken. The kids section is what I truly like the most.
