We have been going to Jason’s Deli for months (while dad is in hospital) and have always enjoyed everything until our last visit. We ordered a grilled cheese and two cups of soup. The photo shows the pathetic grilled cheese that we were served which was $10.99. We had asked for just cheddar (instead of the cheddar and Muenster) and the cashier charged us 49 cents extra for our cheese although we had ordered a grilled cheese. To Whom It May Concern, I am requesting immediate review of a serious food quality concern involving an order placed at located at 1540 Airport Blvd, Pensacola, FL, on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at approximately 8:04 PM. $17.28 worth of food by the way. Not even a whole piece of chicken. Service was fine. Got my food fast and ordering was fine but no smiles, no greeting, so my visit was sub par on top of the fact that paying almsot $20 for this salad was damn near highway robbery. Won't be back.
