Went through the drive thru and SPECIFICALLY asked for a Bigger Plate with fried rice and The Original Orange Chicken. The lady even repeated the EXACT thing I asked. I return home expecting a simple order to be correct. No need to check it. Right? Wrong! I open it and it’s a plate! Not a bigger plate like I asked! 🤦🏿‍♂️ The order was some Honey Seasame Chicken and some Dynamite Chicken I don’t even know about. How can you mess up a simple damn order!?

For the life of me I do not know why I keep ordering from them. Even if you put please do not forget teriyaki sauce it will continue to forget it. If you're looking for dry chicken and rice with no teriyaki sauce this is your place

i don’t usually come here but i was hungry and decided to last minute. i went through the drive through about 15 min ago and immediately the lady was so extremely rude. i was still trying to be nice but she was consistently rude and had an attitude towards me. i then went to park to eat my food just to see my order was wrong. only about less than 5 minutes had passed when i then i went inside. instead of the people replacing my order immediately and fixing the problem they made, they said i had to wait and they had to speak to the lady at the drive through about it. then continued to ask for m

I love Panda Express but this location makes me not want to come to this restaurant at all. The service is slow and not customer friendly, and instead of chow mein you receive scrapes in your plate and eyelash in your chicken.
