Decent poke, solid portions — but they really need more staff. Came in around 7pm with my wife and we ordered the Custom Build and the Smoki specialty bowl. Both were genuinely good — fresh fish, great flavor, and honestly more food than we expected. The Smoki bowl especially is worth ordering if you don’t want to overthink it. $39 for two bowls and drinks is fair for Brentwood. No complaints there. Here’s the thing though — there was ONE employee running the entire operation. Line backed up, orders stacking, and this guy never once lost his cool. Friendly, fast, locked in. We tipped him 15

I went past Thursday and Friday. Service was excellent. Lady helping was polite, smiling and welcoming. Went today Monday. A guy helped me.. service was very basic, not as welcoming. Last week I got 3 sauces. Today there was a paper with handwriting charging $0.80 per additional sauce… I skipped the 3rd sauce. When paying I was not offered to enter my phone number to get rewards/points. Which made a difference in customer service since last week the lady did mention that every time I paid. Love this poke place! Super fresh fish! I did the build your own bowl with Hawaiian salmon and it was so delicious. Lots of topping options and sauces to choose from, the drizzle oil on top is also a nice touch. Will be back!!

I tried The Poki for the first time today, and the girl working was very sweet! I got the regular sized Build Your Own Bowl with chicken, brown rice, sweet potatoes, cucumbers, pineapples, edamame, carrots, toasted sesame seeds, and yum yum sauce. The food tasted super fresh, and it was the perfect portion for lunch. I will definitely be back. 😋
