We go to this Chick-fil-A multiple times a week. Typically have amazing service. Today there was a taller male with dark hair taking care of tables and he was fantastic and so kind. We ordered our kids meals and adult meal and played. Got our toys for kids meals and loaded the kids up in the car (5 kids to 1 adult) so we could go through the drive through and get ice cream. Told the guy outside taking orders we needed 4 ice creams, he said go to the window and give them to them. I Usually have a pretty decent experience here. I highly recommend everyone check their food regardless of the establishment. Probably an accident regardless this shouldn’t happen.

We ordered a decent sized order inside the restaurant at 835pm for our family. At approximately 8:50pm our food was brought out to us in to-go bags and was told by the staff member that the dining room was closing in 10 minutes and that we would have to go. He stood there and gave the impression that he meant to leave now. However........ there was 4 other tables eating or talking and not in a hurry and was not given the same instructions as we were in which I call Bullshit = which is a sad reflection on Chick-fil-A's image.
