Went through the drive thru and ordered a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes and added a chicken fillet. AFTER those items were already on the screen, I clearly asked for a STEAK Egg & Cheese Bagel — STEAK, not sausage. Somehow they claimed I wanted the chicken added onto the sandwich, which makes no sense because I ordered the sandwich separately afterward. I start driving off and realize they added the chicken fillet onto the bagel sandwich instead of separately. I went back expecting them to fix it properly and give me the chicken fillet on the side. I’ve always had a good experience here. I purchased a chocolate milkshake but was given a vanilla one instead. We went back through the drive-thru and politely asked if it could be swapped out. We’re all human, and mistakes happen. Unfortunately, the worker insisted that what I had in my hand was chocolate and refused to remake it. Disappointing. :( I’ll let you decide if you think it’s Vanilla or Chocolate. 🥀

We have had now 2 times ordering at this location that we have gotten sick from the food. I have no idea how they are still in business. Staff has always been very friendly and they take a while to cook the food so it seems they cook it fresh however last 2 times we have gotten sick from the food for over a week each time. As if it’s old or expired. Has a funny taste as well. Do not reccomend this location. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but a fast food place should not make people sick. That’s dangerous and should be evaluated by Georgia department of public health. Which will also be rec

The Hispanic ladies in there are amazing!!!!! Brought my food to the table with a smile. The store was super clean. You could hear them working together not arguing and flustered with each other. Good job TEAM!!
